On the publicly accessible observation deck on the first floor you can experience landings, takeoffs and aicraft handling close-up. In addition charts give information on the different aircraft types and airlines. The deck is open every day, except when closure is necessary due to weather or security reaons.

Airport tour – Look behind the scenes

Would you like to get to know Graz Airport from a whole new perspective? Then take an exclusive look behind the scenes on a guided airport tour! From security control, to the apron up to the fire brigade, you will certainly not miss a single detail.

  • Booking

    Book your tour at least 2 weeks in advance using our booking tool.

  • Time slots

    Airport tours are offeren from Monday to Sunday at 9.00, 11.00, 13.00 and 15.00.

  • Durations

    A guided tour at Graz Airport takes about 1,5 hours.

  • Group size

    The tour groups are limited to maximum 25 persons. 2 groups can be guided at the same time.

  • Costs

    Regardless of the number of participants a guided tour is € 110.00 per group.

  • Accessibility

    The terminal is fully accessible, so people with reduced mobility can also take part in guided tours. However, we kindly ask you to inform when booking.

Meeting point for art lovers

The art gallery on the first floor of the departure hall is an enchanting backdrop for exhibitions of all kinds. Here you can step back from the busy airport goings-on and calm down and enjoy diverse art objects. Graz Airport organises six vernissages every year in cooperation with the Cultural Department of the city of Graz.
