Feldkirchen/Graz, 31.01.2022: The major advantages of the test point at Graz Airport are obvious: it is open seven days a week and there is free parking available for half an hour directly in front of the terminal. A further plus point is the fact that in future antigen tests will be carried out free of charge for everyone, and thus for foreign citizens too.
“We are delighted to be able to offer free antigen tests for everyone at our “Point of Care” at Graz Airport from 01.02.2022, which means we are making our contribution to coping with the crisis,” said Wolfgang Bravc, the proprietor of nyr Consulting GmbH.
“The test point was set up around a year ago mainly for our passengers,” explained Jürgen Löschnig, Managing Director of Graz Airport. “But we were pleased to see right from the start that the residents of the surrounding municipalities were also happy to make frequent use of it. The new arrangement is an additional important gain!”
The test point will also continue to offer PCR and rapid PCR tests (with the result available just 15 minutes after taking the test), for which a fee will still be charged.
The Point of Care is located centrally in the terminal at Graz Airport, which means that tests can easily be combined with shopping at the SPAR supermarket or eating at the Globetrotter Restaurant. The first 30 minutes’ parking is free of charge in all the car parks at Graz Airport.
