More flights to Amsterdam, more options for travelling to the rest of the world – or from there to Styria

Feldkirchen bei Graz, 26 September 2022: The increased flight frequency from Graz to Amsterdam will offer all business and holiday travellers an even better choice and connection to destinations in the Air France/KLM European and international flight network. This means travellers from Styria, Carinthia and Slovenia will be able to reach 167 international flight destinations conveniently via Amsterdam.

Wolfgang Grimus, Managing Director of Graz Airport: “The additional flights between Graz and Amsterdam offer several benefits at once. The Styrian and Carinthian economy and industry can now make even better use of KLM’s extensive route network, as can private travellers too. But the increase also makes the route more attractive for Dutch holidaymakers. The Dutch royal couple and the many Formula 1 visitors have already come to appreciate Styria. What’s more, city breaks to Amsterdam can now be arranged more flexibly.”

The representative of the owners, CEO DI Wolfgang Malik of Holding Graz, is especially pleased at the strengthening of this KLM link: “For Graz and Styria, Amsterdam is not only a popular direct connection, but as a great international hub for business and tourism it is also an important part of our offering. With the increased number of connections, many interesting international destinations are even easier to reach and more in line with travellers‘ needs, and our provincial capital Graz also comes a bit closer to important cities and regions. The GRZ-AMS air connection is operated by KLM with either an Embraer 195 or an Embraer 175. These offer a capacity of 20 seats in Business Class, eight seats in the Economy Comfort Zone and 104 or 60 seats respectively in Economy Class.

The new winter flight schedule (from 30 October 2022) on the GRZ-AMS route in detail:

KL1895 Amsterdam – Graz: 11:55-13:35
KL1896 Graz – Amsterdam: 14:05-15:55
These flights are operated daily.

The following flights have been newly added:
KL1901 Amsterdam – Graz: 17:10-18:50
KL1902 Graz – Amsterdam: 19:30-21:20
These flights are operated on Monday, Friday and Sunday.

With the new flight schedule and the higher flight frequency of 10 weekly GRZ-AMS flights, KLM offers all passengers an even better connection to destinations such as:
